OLDIES SUNDAY: @ReggaeSting 1991

With yesterday’s staging of Sting 2015 receiving not so stellar reviews from some attendees, I thought for the final “Oldies Sunday” of 2015 I’d feature one of the earlier shows. In Sting 1991, there were performances from the likes of Frankie Paul (who wasn’t able to attend last night’s event due to ailments), Tony Rebel, Shine Head, Culture, Freddie McGregor, and of course a clash between Ninja Man and SuperCat. NEW VIDEO: LA Lewis x Adele – Hello (Remix)

2015 wouldn’t have ended without a lighthearted moment from the one and only, LA Lewis. After premiering the single recently (and receiving some backlash), he finally premiered his visual to his “collaboration” with UK Recording Artist, Adele. In the remix to “Hello“, LA speaks to Adele and lets her know what he’s been going through. Not much to say here but given that LA claims his UK links are “official”, this could be something to jump start your day. Check out the video below and share your thoughts in the comments section.

One of the best Reggae mixes that I have come across this year. It features many of the major players in the Reggae Revolution such as Chronixx and Protoje, as well as seasoned veterans like Luciano and Beres Hammond.

NEW VIDEO: @ItsJahmiel – True Colours

The young Lion Jahmiel is back with a new visual for a single that has been gaining quite a buzz, “True Colours“. Directed by Xtreme Arts, Jahmiel speaks on seeing people for who they really are. The video features a few greyscale moments with a splash of colour and a full colour scene where Jahmiel performs the single. Nice addition with the dancers.
