A few weeks ago, Vybz Kartel was not only found guilty of his crimes, but was also handed a life sentence. While many celebrated or felt disappointed, TVJ’s Anthony Miller released a documentary on the Dancehall Artist up to his sentencing. Titled “Dancehall Dark Star“, we see clips that chronicle Kartel’s journey from a new act working with Bounty Killa, his own fame, feuds and his arrest. Khago was been hailed as one of Dancehall Music’s most promising acts. Releasing popular singles, Khago was a force to be reckoned with. However after management changes, Khago wasn’t as present on the scene as he should be so on Onstage he explained his situation to Winford Williams and more. He spoke about being lowkey, changes in management, touring, being a high demand overseas, his views on Dancehall currently, and preparing to flood the streets with new material. Off his new EP “Been A Minute“, Rapper ChronDon released the visuals to his freestyle over Drake’s “Wu-Tang Forever” single. Directed by Creezay YGF, Chron hangs out with his friends and drops some bars over the instrumental.
