Happy 420 everyone! This is for the “Weed Connoisseurs“, the “Ganja Gods“, the “Stoner” community, and lovers of the Herb. Kingston based Record Label DZL Records cooked up something special to commemorate the day, and everyday that we all light up some herb. Bringing together Music, Melodies, and Marijuana, we get the new “420/1” project!

With DZL Records founder Dale Virgo at the helm, we get a project that aims to entertain, educate, and uplift the masses. Whatever way you appreciate Marijuana, “420/1” has something for you. .@KxngIzem Delivers “Wildfire” With New EP

Kxng Izem has been grinding and building his brand for quite some time. Having celebrated a “Dubby’s” win and gaining much attention through his recent singles, he looks to take his Ten24 Music label to a different level. He looks to make that happen and more with his much anticipated project, the “Wildfire EP”.

Consisting of 8 tracks, Kxng Izem shows much growth on this project, and tests out new sounds and flows here. With production from his Ten24 Music, he also taps into Kabu Beats, Harry Hunt, and Rory De Boer to give listeners future classics, and feel good vibes that take us away from the problems of the world. Blvk H3ro and Royal Blu join in as guest features, and “Wildfire” makes for a great release this year.

The new album finds Sean Paul flexing his contact list as he has a heavily featured project. Let’s just call it “Sean Paul & Friends” at this point because there’s a lot of collaborations here to enjoy over and over. Consisting of 5 tracks, the EP was released through Short Boss Muzik, which is owned by Vybz Kartel’s partner, Tanesha “Shorty” Johnson. The EP features new music from Vybz, but he boasts features with his sons Likkle Addi and Likkle Vybz, his cousin Sikka Rymes, and popular Dancer/Recording Artist Renee 6:30. It’s 2021, and Vybz Kartel has to make sure he’s a part of it. Who can be mad at new music from the “World Boss“?

Canada based Singer Jay Heart has been steadily climbing to become a prominent name in the new generation of Caribbean talent. With a few singles to his name, he felt it was time to make some big moves in his career. One of those is putting out his first project in the form of an EP called, “Timeline“.

Armed with 5 tracks, Jay Heart believes the release was a result of good timing. Having started on the EP in 2019, the vibes were just not right to make the project official, and he was having some personal challenges. Quarantining as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic prompted him to step up the work ethic, and after putting together nearly 30 songs, he settled on 5 for the EP. With love and relationships of all sorts being the main topics on the project, Jay Heart utilized familiar references for the songs, and delivered them in ways that will have the listener’s full attention over and over. With strong production from Noah Hamilton and Hunter Madden, “Timeline” didn’t go wrong with the sounds to accompany Jay’s carefully crafted lyrics. “Timeline” marks the start of more great things to come from the artist, and 2021 may find him being on the radar of some big names.
