In preparation for the upcoming “Respect De Ship: EDM Meets Dancehall” event on August 9 at Susie’s Bakery in Kingston, Silent Addy teamed up with Deejay/DJ Chi Ching Ching to release #RespectDeShip Vol. 1. Featuring a blend of EDM, Dancehall, Trap, and “Twerkhall” remixes, both acts are giving the public a taste of what’s to come. Sound and Prodigy Movements present “The Promised Land (Tribute To Dennis Emmanuel Brown)“. This mix highlights some of the hits that the “Crown Prince of Reggae” created and even clips from some of his interviews over his rather lengthy career. Titled “The Blakkamoore Chronicles Vol 1.: Ready We Gone“, this is almost an hour of Dubstep, Dancehall, Trap and Hip Hop themed tracks and remixes that speak on the artist’s life, music and culture.
