Soun Bwoii Finds Himself On An Island Of Women In “Soul Snatcher” Video

A couple weeks ago, Recording Artist Soun Bwoii released his new single, “Soul Snatcher“. The Ce’cile/Dale Virgo-produced track started to gain some steam on Social Media, but there was a demand for a visual. Having a good track record with the content, it was only right that he made that happen for the fans. Earlier, he shared the official Music Video.

Directed by KD Visuals, Soun Bwoii finds himself in a somewhat dangerous adventure in, “Soul Snatcher”. The video starts with him being washed up ashore of a small Island, only to be discovered a Female native who quickly alerts her people of her finding. For Soun Bwoii, he soons finds himself bounded by ropes, and a prisoner on an Island filled with Female warriors. Is that a good thing for him? You’d have to watch to find out what happens next. I honestly wished there was more to the video however, because it some potential of being a Short Film. Who knows if there will be a followup. Until then, get familiar with the single if you haven’t.

The last time we heard Recording Artist Koffee, she wanted to get into some “Lockdown” loving. Sadly, since the advent of the Covid 19 pandemic, our lives have experienced a series of lockdowns, but not of the loving kind. Some have said that the song jinxed us, but we’re still here dodging Covid, and trying to live our lives. Over a year since Koffee’s last single, she returns with her new single, “West Indies“.

Produced by iotosh, Koffee expresses her desire to enjoy her life in the great West Indies. She wants to have fun, she wants to party, and she wants to be around the people she loves. We feel the same way too, and for some of us, we have to live vicariously through those who are enjoying fully vaccinated lives without lockdowns, restrictions, and dangers thanks to the Coronavirus. Accompanying the single is a music video directed by Meji Alabi, Koffee, and JM Films that promotes family, friends, fun, and that amazing Island life. We’re treated to cameos from some very familiar faces as well, and the video has us missing all the “outside” has to offer. Koffee is back on the scene to run the place!

In season 9 of his “Parts Unknown” series, he makes an appearance in Trinidad. From conversing about Steel Pan Music with Composer Lennox “Boogsie” Sharpe and Journalist Kim Johnson, to discussing Carnival with Choreographer La Shaun Prescott, to learning about the arrival of the East Indians through Indentured Servitude and race with former T&T Ambassador to China Chandradath Singh, Producer Keshav (his son), and their family, to learning about the Lebanese and Syrians in Bayshore, the episode comes to a close with meeting Recording Artist Muhammad Muwakil of the Freetown Collective, Calypso Legend Calypso Rose, and many more!
