Ciara’s “Body Party” has been a popular single in recent months and today Jamaica’s BNJMN released his remix to the hit song. Titled the “Body Party (BNJMN Greezy Remix)“, the MikeWillMadeIt instrumental is swapped with a BNJMN production and the vocals are chopped up at various points. This “Body Party” just got a little more intense, all we need is a video remix to go with it. A really great effort here and should be pleasing to anyone who listens to it. Titled “Trendsetta” and directed by Bling Blang Productions, I Octane and friends are celebrating life, avoiding negative people, and creating a following in this one. It’s all about partying, sexy ladies, liquor overflowing, high grades blowing in the air and everyone having a grand time over the Good Good Productions riddim. Today’s new music comes from the “Energy God” Elephant Man. Titled “Jamaicans How We Do It“and produced by Di Genius, we hear Elephant Man remixing the 1995 Montell Jordan hit “This Is How We Do It“. Adding Dancehall lyrics and his own energy, Ele letting people know how Jamaicans party and have fun. This is a pretty good effort from Elephant Man who is not a stranger to remixing popular songs. Given that today is “Throwback Thursday” for some, why not bring my readers back in time with one of Vybz Kartel’s last performances before being apprehended by the law. Performing at Reggae Sumfest 2011, Vybz, along with Sheba, Popcaan, Gaza Slim, Tommy Lee Sparta, and Shawn Storm, performed a slew of hits and brought a lot of energy to the event.
