Simma simma, who got the keys to the…wrong song, but there’s a Bimma involved in today’s new entry! REM Emperor Leno Banton has been having a great year thanks to his appearances at various events, and putting out dope music. Teaming up with the young Lion, Producer/Recording Artist iotosh (who has been making moves this year as well), they release “Simma“! Produced by krs., the Artists look back at their love interests as they reflect on having great moments, to losing that love to other men and materialistic ambitions. Listeners will relate to this as many relationships tend to end this way. From fluffing that pillow for that special person, to seeing them change into a whole different individual who lowered their standards. While Leno gave his signature groove on this, iotosh went in! Dropping new music is emerging Recording Artist, Riki Simmonds! Bringing a new flavour to the scene, she’s definitely an Artist to watch out for. Today she makes “waves”  with “Waterfalls“! Produced by Troy Baker of Geejam Records, Riki speaks about someone who has captured her attention, and makes her go from having her head in the clouds, to coming down like a Waterfall! It’s like that sometimes (lol). Blending a mix of Dancehall, Soul, R&B, and Afrobeat with her unique lyrics, we believe she will be making a lot more noise in 2018! A project that has been in the making for quite some time, the duo of Jamaican Recording Artist Royal Blu, and German Producer Tim Foresta finally release the “sinG with God EP“! Featuring 5 tracks, Blu brings the melodies and witty lyrics, while Foresta provides some wonderful Production to compliment them. Tagging along for the ride are Recording Artists Runkus (“sinG with God“) and Lila Ike (“Believe“) as they contribute fuel for the fiery project. Adding to the experience is Taj Francis as he provided the amazing Artwork for the project and the title track. Royal Blu has been having a great year so far, dropping an EP is the icing on that cake. The EP is available on all your favourite digital retailers/streaming services. 2017 has been pretty Good to Royal Blu. From releasinG a few tracks includinG “Meanwhile” with Leno Banton, to GoinG on his first International Tour with Runkus & The Old Skl Bond, “El fueGo” has been doinG well. Recently, he announced that he will be releasinG an EP with German Producer Tim Foresta titled, “sinG with God“. To hold listeners over till its release, he drops the title track. With Foresta on the boards and featurinG Runkus, we Get a Future reGGae joint that will make you move your feet, and be taken away to another dimension. Expect the lyrics that’ll make you rewind numerous times from the duo on this one too. Artwork for this sinGle was provided by the awesome Taj Francis so be sure to take it in while listeninG. If there was a video for this, I could picture a few scenes. Lyrics fi di brave, are you willinG to be saved with me? 13thStreetPromo: Hey Lila! Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to rock with us. Many have heard you on tracks like Protoje’s “Flight Plans“, and on your debut single, “Biggest Fan“, but who is the Artist named Lila Ike?

Lila Ike: Thanks for having me. To keep it simple and sweet, Lila Iké is a chill person who just enjoys creating and vibing.

13thSP: When did you discover that you could sing, and when did you decide that you want to pursue a music career?

LI: I discovered I could really sing during my years in Primary School (Elementary School). Realizing how good I was, I decided I wanted to pursue it as a career during my time in University.
