Stay On The Path: @TamikaJMusic Releases The Visual For “Let Me Be Your Journey”

Delivering some lovely notes when she appeared on “Kngly Live!” a few weeks ago, Recording Artist Tamika J. releases the visual for the smooth tune, “Let Me Be Your Journey“. Directed by Passion Ward, the video features an appearance from Mr. “Kngly Studios” himself, Producer Kris Karz as he plays her on screen love interest. While the song’s delivery brings the right level of silkiness, you can’t help but display the same emotions as Tamika throughout the video. This is for the lovers, and the lover in you. If you enjoy this selection, be sure to check out Tamika J’s “Acoustically Speaking Vol. 2” project. Check out the video below.

OLDIES SUNDAY: @PeterLloydWorld – Dancehall Queen (1991)

Today’s Oldies Sunday selection comes from Singer/Actor/Producer/Former Media Personality, Peter Lloyd! Titled “Dancehall Queen“, this was produced by Handel Tucker, and released through InPhyniti Records in 1991. In the song, Lloyd gets into storytelling mode where he speaks about attending a street dance when he met a young lady who seemed to stand out from the rest. He dubbed her a “Dancehall Queen” and went into conversation with her professing his interest in her. The single was also featured on his 1999 debut Album, “Transitions“.
