With a few years in the game, Florida based Recording Artist Khxos (formerly Khaos) has been releasing Dancehall tunes and gaining attention thanks to Social Media. He received a buzz that started to bubble in Summer 2015 thanks to the release of “One Touch”. Summer 2016 kept the ball rolling with his debut EP “Deception”, but collaborations with Andrew Trabass, Chargii, and Lincoln 3Dot helped to keep it blazing for the rest of the year. Early 2017 however saw his name change, and the release of “So Loud” and “BOMM” propelled him as one to watch this Summer as he prepares to release his debut Album, “Dopamine”.

2. Royal Blu

They don’t call him “El Fuego” for nothing, his music keeps you on your toes, and his lyrics hit like the hot oil from frying Plantains. This Artist has been quietly making his way onto the scene and has made appearances from “New Wave” to “Live From Kingston: Class 2016”, to “Imprint” to Protoje’s “For The Culture” event. His collaborations with the likes of Lila Ike, Runkus, and Leno Banton have received numerous hits on Soundcloud, and he hits the road (or Air) with Runkus as a part of the “Class Is In” European Tour and a stop at the German Summerjam this Summer!

3. Yanah

@DaleyHTG Kicks Off “Dreamer Fridayz” Series With “Delirium”!

Posted on by swadedavillain

Florida/Montego Bay based Rapper Daley is currently working on a follow up to his 2016 project, “Savage“! While he has made appearances since his last release, and has kept busy co-hosting his “Vent Open Mic” series Daley felt it was time to get the ball rolling on another project titled, “Frustrated Dreamer“. To prepare listeners this time around, Daley has decided to start the “Dreamer Fridayz (or #DreamerFridayz)” series complete with freestyles and album cuts weekly.

On week 1, Daley revealed the Kokabzd designed album cover, and has released a single off the album titled, “Delirium“. Featuring a smooth sample based Production from Bobby Williams, Daley urges listeners to “Open up your mind more“. Showcasing a couple different flows, Daley takes listeners into his world as he chases his dreams, makes observations in the game, and shows that the words he pens in his notebook are “For the culture“. Sometimes conscious, sometimes savage, the Rapper promises to be even more aggressive on his next project and future “Dreamer Fridayz” offerings will shock you. “Frustrated Dreamer” sees a Summer 2017 release. Check out the track below.

@TheKhxos Changes Name, Sets To Release Debut Album.

Posted on by swadedavillain

Khxos (previously Khaos) is one of the more versatile new Artists to surface onto the scene. A Songwriter who fuses Reggae and Dancehall with a hint of R&B and Pop mixed with a unique voice, Khxos’ vocals alternate between rugged boasts and smooth tones with such lyrical and melodious prowess not seen from the average Reggae Artist. Khxos has made strides in 2016 towards mainstream with his debut EP, “Deception”, guest appearances, and a slew of videos by Videographer, Sean Alaric.

Khxos spent parts of his early life in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica where he learned to love music from his family and surroundings before moving to the States in his teenage years. Although he is regarded as a new artist, Khxos has been underground for the last 4 years creating a fan base from Jamaica, the United States, UK, and Canada to name a few. He has made some of his biggest strides in 2016 with the “One Dance (Remix)” that featured Recording Artist/Comedian Andrew Trabass which amassed over 3 million views on YouTube. Earlier that year, Khxos released the “Deception” EP which was produced by Class One Music and featured Khxos’ single “One Touch” which spread like wildfire throughout the mainstream airwaves last year.
