When Five Steez gives you bar for bar, the crowd screams for an encore! Funny enough the title of Five Steez’s latest single is called “Encore“. Off his upcoming “HeatRockz” project, the Mordecai Beats produced joint has Steez floating and throwing bars left and right. Steez is pictured in one of those underground Hip Hop clubs delivering hot lines to hoodie wearing patrons and afro chicks who rock combat boots. Whether you see Five Steez in the underground scene or in the Arena, this track is a headbanger! “HeatRockz” will be available on August 30 and brings along 5 tracks all produced by Mordecai. Safaree has been pretty busy lately, whether getting on bad at Carnivals, or signing endorsement deals, he always found time to make music. Stepping away from controversy, he stays true to his Jamaican roots by dropping “Real Yard Vibes Vol. 1” with DJ Jahmar! The project boasts 19 tracks with appearances by Double X (formerly of T.O.K.), iShawna, Twin of Twins, Tanto Metro, Ward 21, Bounty Killa, Alozade, Chico and Olaf. The “Stuntgang Boss” promises the project to be a hot one for the summer that will have you waving the black, green and gold high! You couldn’t deny the “Controlla” single in 2016. From what started as a leak has become a single that blew up everywhere! Created by Drake (duh!), this was a single to boost the anticipation of his 4th album, “Views“. Of course when it comes to hit songs, there will be remixes, covers, and clones (lol Tyga). While we won’t get into the other story/controversy with “Controlla” (maybe next time, Mr. Vegas), we’ll recruit 4 very popular versions in a Battle Royale! Up for Battle are Drake (Original), Popcaan (Featured on leak/suggested to be a Remix although edited versions created waves), Royal Blu (Who garnered an underground following for his version), and Tory Lanez (Who has recently revealed his own Canadian/Jamaican Dancehall styled version).
