Emporio Armani, a subsidiary of Italian Fashion House Giorgio Armani, recently kicked off a Campaign to promote their “Together Stronger” duo of Fragrances. In both print and video formats, the scents “Because It’s You” for Women and “Stronger With You” for Men were presented. In their series of videos (both for TV and Youtube) which features Actress Matilda Lutz and Actor James Jagger, the soundtrack provided was EDM trio Major Lazer, Recording Artist Ellie Goulding, and Reggae Artist Tarrus Riley’s “Powerful“!

“Powerful” was released in 2015, and featured on Major Lazer’s “Peace Is The Mission” Album. The single has enjoyed Top 10 placements in Australia, Poland, The US and UK with Platinum and Gold certifications in New Zealand, Italy, and Australia. “Powerful” was also featured in a Hulu TV Commercial in January, and remixed by various Producers. Produced by Frank Dukes and features Dancehall Artist Kranium, the two Artists have a lovers’ quarrel where Bebe misses being catered to in different ways, while Kranium lets her know that he tries to do the right things, but the extra duties can’t come that often. While they talk it out, we are greeted with a fun Production that you can’t help but rock to. Score another hit as Kranium has been on a roll with the International collaborations. The trio of Walshy Fire, Diplo and Jillionaire a.k.a. Major Lazer are on a mission to leave a mark this Summer with their recent EP, “Know No Better“. The project, featuring 6 songs, is a mix of Dancehall, EDM, Afrobeat, Hip Hop, Reggaeton, and Pop Music. Never a stranger to the Caribbean, they’ve managed to bring along Recording Artists Busy Signal, Konshens, Sean Paul, and Machel Montano. Busy Signal appears on the track, “Jump”, which promises to bring the same energy as his “Watch Out For This” hit with ML, while Sean Paul appears with J Balvin on “Buscando Huellas”, and Konshens & Machel Montano appear on “Front Of The Line”, which is the EP’s first single and is currently featured in Bacardi Rum’s latest Commercial (which can be seen below).

@ZJLiquid Unleashes New @IamTheKartel Album, “Black & White”!

Popular DJ and Producer ZJ Liquid has released the long awaited Album from Dancehall Artist, Vybz Kartel. Titled “Black & White“, features 13 hits that were produced by Liquid himself, and famed Producer Don Corleon. The tracks however date back as far as 2003, a time when Liquid’s H2O Records was established, and include “Hello Moto”, “Dem Bwoy”, “Mother In Law”, “Life Me Say”, “Fix Up”, and “Live Your Life”. The Album name is based on Kartel’s change in physical appearance over the years.

“When I decided to venture into Production, I had my objectives lined out and I was determined to make my mark in the Music Industry. Over the years, I had the opportunity to produce a few of Vybz Kartel’s hits which I have now compiled into an album,” said ZJ Liquid. The Album saw a March 10 release, and is currently distributed on all major Digital Media outlets by 21st Hapilos.

ZJ Liquid also shared that this album will give the general public a better understanding of who he is as a Producer as many fans tend to pay more attention to his DJ persona. “Many fans see me as a DJ first and Producer after. They know I am in Production but they are not aware of the altitude to which I take it. This Album will help them to recognize what Instrumentals were produced by me as well as which of their favorite Vybz Kartel tracks I’ve produced over the years,” shared ZJ Liquid. “Since its release, I have been receiving a monument of positive feedback. The fans have been supportive, and have been sharing the project on various Social Media platforms,” he added.

ZJ Liquid is optimistic that the Album will climb the charts both locally and Internationally.
