2017 has been pretty Good to Royal Blu. From releasinG a few tracks includinG “Meanwhile” with Leno Banton, to GoinG on his first International Tour with Runkus & The Old Skl Bond, “El fueGo” has been doinG well. Recently, he announced that he will be releasinG an EP with German Producer Tim Foresta titled, “sinG with God“. To hold listeners over till its release, he drops the title track. With Foresta on the boards and featurinG Runkus, we Get a Future reGGae joint that will make you move your feet, and be taken away to another dimension. Expect the lyrics that’ll make you rewind numerous times from the duo on this one too. Artwork for this sinGle was provided by the awesome Taj Francis so be sure to take it in while listeninG. If there was a video for this, I could picture a few scenes. Lyrics fi di brave, are you willinG to be saved with me? Yes, we know, Vybz Kartel is one of the greatest Dancehall Artists ever. We’ve seen the cult like following, we’ve heard all the tracks since his Incarceration, his ability to cater to every vibe and situation, and his influence on many. He is no stranger to collaborating with International acts though. While tracks like “Pon Di Floor” (Major Lazer), “Frontin’ (Remix)” (Pharrell & Jay-Z), “Twerk It (Remix)” (Busta Rhymes), “Girlfriend” (Busta Rhymes & Tory Lanez), “WTP Remix” (Eminem & Supa Dups) get spins, he also has collaborated with the likes of Lorde (on the way), Kalash, Wizkid, and Sean Kingston over the years. This goes out to all the ladies who use that “I’m shy” card. While he has been known to produce for the likes of Denyque, Fyakin, and of course Khxos, Sean Alaric steps into the spotlight with his own single. Teaming up with longtime collaborator Khxos, they release “Shy“! Giving listeners a lil R&B and a lil Dancehall, Khxos speaks to the ladies that have a thing for him, but are timid in letting the feelings be known. If you’re familiar with Khxos and his work, then you know he’ll have her breaking out of her shell in no time. Released through Class One Music, the Label has seen its share of success over the years, with one of the latest being Khxos’ debut Album, “Dopamine“. No word yet on Sean putting out an Album, but he’s ensuring that you have some music to groove to for the rest of 2017. Preorder the single here. Ladies, it’s “Bruk Out SZN“! The Hip Hop culture continues to influence the youth in Jamaica, and it opens up a different side to their creativity. Kyraxx is one of those who the culture has influenced, and has been showcasing it through various channel. His latest single, “With You, was produced by IOTOSH, and released through their Sound Ting Label. On the track, Kyraxx goes on the melodic vibe as he talks about getting it in and wanting to make things happen with this young Lady. With a Production that you can’t help but rock to, Kyraxx easily tackles it as he speaks on his situation.

Kyraxx made some noise earlier this year with his “Double Standards EP“, but promises to keep hitting you with some dope music. It’s a “Sound Ting“, check out the track below.

Sister Nancy’s “Bam Bam” Sampled On New @TamarBraxtonHer Album!

What a Bam Bam! With one of the most sampled Dancehall singles to date, Sister Nancy’s “Bam Bam” continues to make more noise all over the world! Adding to the list of Artists who have blessed the sample is US Recording Artist, Tamar Braxton! With her new Album, “Blue Bird Of Happiness“, she recently announced that it will be her final Album as she’ll be focusing on her family. “Bam Bam” received the sample treatment on the track, “Run Run” which was produced by Troy Taylor and Bridgetown, and appears as track 3 on the Album. “Bam Bam” was released in 1982, produced by Winston Riley, and has been sampled/featured on tracks by the likes of Jay Z, Kanye West, Guerilla Black, Lauryn Hill, Kat DeLuna. The single was even featured in a Reebok Commercial.

Dancehall/Reggae Producer Don Corleonie is also featured on Tamar’s Album. He is credited as a Writer on the final track, “Empty Boxes“. Check out “Run Run” below, “Blue Bird Of Happiness” is available here.
