Introducing to the Blog is a NY based Artist by the name of Alex Mali. She has been around for a while releasing some dope tunes, and she proudly reps her West Indian background (Jamaica & Trinidad). For those familiar with the Joey BadA$$ & PRO ERA, you may have heard her on a track or two. With some fire on the way, she gives listeners a taste with a Freestyle titled “Livin“. Produced by KDVG, she describes her tune as an “expression of Parental disapproval” as she points out a few clashes with her Mother. We love our Moms, but there are times where we’re just not gonna see eye to eye with ordeals and expectations. If you know Caribbean Mothers, you know there weren’t just regular arguments. If you didn’t know, legendary Reggae/Dancehall Artist Sizzla Kalonji recently released his latest Album, “I’m Yours“. With Billboard charting Producer JonFX handling the Album’s sound, many wouldn’t expect this: US Rapper XXXTentacion on a track! Featuring JonFX, the “Look At Me!” Rapper hopped on Sizzla’s “My Girl“! Getting into a lil patois, XXX shares lyrics on admiring the beautiful features of a woman, and making that gun bust like the 90’s while we hear Sizzla get into his love for the black woman. A collaboration we never expected to happen, but it sounds good! Sizzla’s “I’m Yours” is now available online, check out the track below.

Christmas may be a lil early this year for some of you, and you’ll be rewarded whether you’ve been naughty or nice. For what has been a long time coming, well known Jamaican Producers SOS Dynamikz and BNJMN have announced their joint Album, “1221“! The duo have worked with each other over the years, but now they combine their sounds and bars for the new project. While the Album art has been revealed (designed by PlateFace), no further details will be out as yet except it will drop on 12/21 at 12:21 AM!
