It’s Time To “Say A Prayer” With @TieksMusic, @PopcaanMusic & @ChakaKhan!

Gather ’round, hold someone’s hand or clasp your hands and close your eyes, we’re in the presence of the Lord! While the time can be a lil crazy, British Producer Tieks teamed up with legendary Recording Artist Chaka Khan and Jamaica’s “Unruly Boss” Popcaan for a new song called, “Say A Prayer“! With a dash of Electronic Dance Music, some Dancehall elements from Popcaan, and a whole lot of Soul from Chaka Khan, this song will sure to uplift you, and give God the glory! A huge look for Popcaan here as he goes up the ladder with more International collaborations up his sleeve. A song with Chaka Khan is a dream for many. and we can’t be any more proud of Poppy. To all my readers and followers in the Caribbean and Florida who are experiencing the brunt of the Hurricane season, continue to have faith, be safe, and say a little prayer! @PopcaanMusic Continues His Intl. Run On @KylaOfficial’s “You Ain’t Mine”!

Many of you may not be readily familiar with UK House Singer Kyla, but you do know some of her music. Her more recognized single is the 2008 hit, “Do You Mind (Crazy Cousinz)” which was sampled for Rapper Drake’s hit “One Dance“. Now back on the scene with new music, she’s putting in work! Drawing for some Island vibes, she called up the “Unruly Boss” Popcaan for “You Ain’t Mine“. Produced by Production duo Ill Blu, they provide a beat that will get you rocking as Kyla confronts Poppy about sharing him with another woman. This is not their first collaboration together as they appeared on the Naughty Boy track, “Should’ve Been Me” last year.  Popcaan has been busy on the International scene thanks to his collaborations with Artists like Gorillaz (Saturn Barz), and Ivy Layne (One You Love), let’s see what’s next for him for the rest of the year. Upcoming Producer Signature Takes You On “The Journey” With Debut Beat Tape!

There are Producers who can craft Riddims on the fly, there are Producers who can provide the Soundtrack to your thoughts and lyrics, and there are those who can tell a story. UK based Signature is an upcoming Producer who has a story to tell, and he does so on his debut Beat Tape! Titled “The Journey“, this 10 track project is a result of taking a hiatus from the online world to further develop his skills. Featuring various clips where he’s being Interviewed, he speaks on his aspirations, his inspirations, and the process behind the making of his Tape. The project also features collaborations with Producers SOS Dynamikz, Universal ZincFence, SkyRas, and Kvdence who all bring together their sounds to create that “Audio Dope“! Romell and Xandire however, contribute to the journey with Interludes and providing encouragement. If you’re an Artist looking for a new sound, give Signature a call (Whatsapp or Facetime perhaps?). A great debut from Signature as it encourage plenty replays with a sound for any mood and situation. Check it out below!

A Gaza We Seh As Vybz Kartel Jumps On @MajorLazer X @PartyNextDoor’s “Run Up Remix”

The “World Boss” is really living up his role as one of the hardest working Deejays despite his current situation. Earlier, the good folks at Major Lazer unleashed a special remix of the Nicki Minaj and PartyNextDoor featured “Run Up” with vocals from Vybz Kartel! Kicking it off with “Gaza Nation!“, Kartel goes into overdrive as he gives the ladies the lyrics that will have them clinging on to him like magnet to steel. He also made reference to having fun at the popular Summer Party series, Dream Weekend. A single that has had its share of remixes (including a Konshens Remix, and one by Dancehall Artist Khxos), but of course a Vybz Kartel version will make its rounds in various parties. It’s that time again for some new music fresh outta Montego Bay! Next up is the “Mobay Kingpin“, MoulaUE a.k.a. Moula Di Don! With a new project on the way, he starts off the week with “Big League“! Produced by Thomas Craiger, Moula talks that talk with a presence like a Mob Boss over a dark Production. Featuring Karma Crew and Daley who kick off lyrics like Snipers on a big payroll, this should hold you over as Moula makes his return. For those familiar with the trio, they’re also known as “KMT” so consider this a little reunion. Off Moula’s new “All U Go Get Until…” EP which sees a September 8 release date, check out the track below.
