NEW VIDEO: @ElephantManJA x @BobbyShmurdaGS9 – Shmoney Dance

It’s only right that Elephant Man did this. With Bobby Shmurda’s track and dance spreading like wildfire, Elephant Man added a new song and now a music video for the “Shmoney Dance“. Directed by MainE Fetti, Elephant Man teamed up with Bobby Shmurda and his crew in Brooklyn as they danced and built a vibe in the neighbourhood. The “Energy God” is one of the few Dancehall acts that can create a new dance or add a song to a popular dance and turn it into a hit. I can picture Ele having the the audience in a frenzy when he performs this at his next show and even throw on a Ska song to further enhance it. NEW VIDEO: @EleDiEnergyGod – Miley Cyrus Twerk

EMToday’s new video comes from the “Energy GodElephant Man. Titled “Miley Cyrus Twerk” and directed by Crish Media, we see Ele giving us an Egyptian themed video where he plays a Pharaoh and a few women entertain him by “twerking“. Lots of twerking in this video and this type of video is something only Ele can pull off. They do it better than Miley though. What do you think? #Remember911: @EleDiEnergyGod – The Bombing

911

September 11, 2001 will be a day many people will never forget. New York’s famed World Trade Center buildings were destroyed in a terrorist attack which resulted in a loss of many lives and the beginning of a war on terror. While many are remembering the event, Jamaican deejay Elephant Man was one of the few artists that shared their thoughts in the form of a song. Titled “The Bombing” and recorded on the “Martial Arts Riddim“, Ele spoke about the event, how everyone including himself have to be more careful in future travels and hoping that the terrorists were captured. Rest in peace to all who lost lives on that day.

NEW VIDEO: Reggae Medley @ 2013 @BETAwards (#BETAWARDS)

BETAwards

While tonight many viewers got to see their favourite artists win awards at the 2013 BET Awards, they were also in for a treat from some great performances from Jamaica. Featuring Elephant Man, Beenie Man, Dawn Penn, Chaka Demus and Pliers, and hosted by Radio Jock Jabba, these artists performed a couple of their hits to the delight of the audience. Great representation, let’s hope this can open up more opportunities for Jamaican acts once they act right. What do you think?
